Inclusion is to ensure that all individuals or social groups can have the same possibilities and opportunities to fulfill themselves as individuals.

Social innovation can help achieve active inclusion by enhancing the effectiveness of policies and services in order to maximize positive social impact. This includes increasing the quality of life and work of services users and beneficiaries, as well as the accessibility and sustainability of services.

Empowerment

 

We have developed different programmes to empower individuals (refugees, migrants, single mothers) with a distance to the labour markt and society.

Our empowerment training, always given in groups, focuses on soft skills, goals and qualities at the start and develops into a professional skills training after. We believe in the power of networking and personal mentorship. Peer groups, formed by women from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, create a safe space for participants. The women motivate and support each other, often resulting in long lasting friendships. Each participant has a personal mentor who guides the participant during the programme contributing to the successful implantation of the goals.

Sustainability

 

Sustainability consists of fulfilling the needs of current generations without compromising the needs of future generations, while ensuring a balance between economic growth, environmental care and social well-being.

Our aim is to establish sustainable connections between local municipalities, employers, residents and other beneficiaries. With this we contribute to social cohesion and successful integration of migrants, supporting them to build a strong network, while at the same time creating and utilizing economic opportunities.
